# Offkeep

> Offkeep is privacy-first, affordable cloud file storage. Files are encrypted end-to-end on your device before upload using AES-256, so only you can read them — no ads, no data mining, no surprises on your bill. Files sync in real time across web, iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Offkeep is a marketing site for the Offkeep cloud storage product. The web application lives at https://app.offkeep.com. Key facts:

- Encryption: end-to-end (AES-256-GCM), zero-knowledge architecture. Keys are derived from the user's password via Argon2id and never leave the device.
- Pricing: a free tier plus pay-as-you-go and fixed paid plans; you only pay for the storage and bandwidth you use.
- Sync: real-time sync across all devices, LAN sync, selective sync, delta sync, and 180-day version history.
